- Location: OS 157 GR 754 279 (click MAP for approximate location) On the outskirts of the hamlet of Treleddyd Fawr Adjacent to Glowty and Ty Draw (the three cottages can accommodate a maximum of 13).
- Locality: Easy access to St. Davids (1.7 miles) and the Blue Flag beach of Whitesands (1.5 miles). Whitesands, a long sandy strand is a perfect family beach with superb surfing. A short walk away over the owners' land as is an extensive National Trust Common that leads to St. Davids Head. There is a nine hole Golf Course nearby. Splendid views of the Preselli hills and around to St. Brides Bay.
- Bedrooms: Three: one double with 4ft 6ins x 6ft6” double bed, one twin with two 3ft x 6ft3ins single beds, one single with a 3ft x 6ft3ins bed.
- Ground floor: Open plan dining, kitchen and living area. Comfortable sitting area, sofas and chairs, reading lights etc., original stonework, TV, video, radio/cassette/CD player and book library and many games. Multi-fuel stove (enough logs to last a couple of days).
- Kitchen/Dining: Dining table seats 8. Four ring electric hob and oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, automatic washing machine/dryer, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board plus a full set of crockery, cutlery and glass. Spiral staircase to first floor.
- Bathroom: On the ground floor adjoining the utility room, fully tiled with bath and overhead electric shower, W.C. and wash hand basin.
- Externally: there is a large lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ
