Ty Pren is 500 metres by footpath from the harbour village of Porthgain, Sloop Inn, Art Gallery and Shed Bistro. Porthgian is about 7 miles from St. Davids and 9miles from Fishguard.
- Facilities:Ty Pren is an attractively furnished lodge with external decking and verandah area. Ideally located for family holidays and with its state of the art underfloor heating and insulation perfect for year round occupation.
- Living/Kitchen/Dinning area: Open plan living space with beamed, pitched ceiling to the ridge. Attractively furnished with, fully fitted carpets, large corner settee and easy chair. Freeview TV., DVD., Stereo CD player.
- Dining area: with table seating six and a fully equipped kitchen, full size 4 ring electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, auto washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and a full set of crockery, cutlery and glass.
