- Locality: Spectacular sea views and sunsets. Villa directly overlooks Aberfelin cove, land forms part of the bay. Designed, purpose built holiday villa. Clever use of open space design and lots of windows create an unique dwelling where light and space prevails.
- Bedrooms: ground floor platform master bed space with, 4 poster 6ft x 6ft’6ins floatation (water) bed, spiral stair to a mezzanine (balcony) bedroom, one double 4ft6in x 6ft3ins and one single 3ft x 6ft3ins. Both bed spaces can be closed at night with attractive drapes, opened in the day to create extra living space.
- Ground floor: beamed and pitched lofty ceiling, two three-seater sofas. Surround sound Colour TV, stereo video, DVD, stereo CD/tape stack and video library. Multi-fuel stove laid for arrival with enough fuel to last the first day. Overhead cooling fan for the summer.
- Gallery Kitchen/Dining: Small dining table seats 5. Four ring electric hob and double fan oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, automatic washing machine/dryer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board plus a full set of crockery, cutlery and glass.
- Bathroom:adjacent to the kitchen dining area. Fully tiled with bath, overhead (pressurised) shower, W.C., wash hand basin.
- Externally:Three patios, two private, one secluded and one overlooking the cove with barbecue stand and picnic table, a further patio shared with Bryn y Môr overlooking the cove.
- Parking: for one car on site – further parking 30 yards in a lay by.
