• Location: 'The Barn', is a very sympathetic barn conversion built by the owner to serve as their personal retreat. One of four cottage and barn conversions on the same site (The others are Môrawel sleeps 4+ cot, Shicley sleeps 4+ cot and The Cowshed sleeps 4+ cot – see this web site) about 400 meters from Aberfelin cove and a mile outside the quiet Coastal village of Trefin. Each cottage is converted to a very high standard and provides a perfect location for a family holiday. Together they are ideal for family gatherings (total of 14 + 4 cots)
• Facilities: An extremely comfortable and spacious barn conversion with state of the art underfloor heating system. Thoughtful use of furnishings, fully dimming lighting systems and heavy beamed ceilings makes The Barn a very cosy and romantic retreat for a couple. Approximately half way between St. Davids and Fishguard within a few hundred yards of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and on the route of the local service bus and walkers shuttle bus. A perfect base for exploring the many inland and coastal walks in the area.

• Living area: Extremely spacious living room with attractive slate flooring, a heavily beamed ceiling and large glass screen window with wooden shutters. Luxuriously furnished with leather settees and chair - one three seater and one two seater settee and a large easy chair, rugs, large 32” flat screen TV., and DVD player. State of the art Quad electrostatic sound system (as used by the BBC) with CD, DVD inputs (for surround sound) and MP3 inputs. Selection of board games and a small selection of DVDs
• Dining area: Large airy light dining room with a large dining table seating eight. This room uniquely features a spectacular glass screen 'window',which,via a galleried balcony reaches up to the Master bedroom above
• Kitchen: area fully equipped with full size 4 ring ceramic hob and fan assisted oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, iron, ironing board and a full set of crockery, cutlery and glass.

• Bedrooms: One: Master Bedroom, Up an attractive spiral staircase to the second floor - One very spacious double (4'6” x 6'3”) double bed, wall mounted 32” TV, full height wardrobe. Galleried balcony over the dining room
• Bathroom : One en suite: containing a large double, 2 person illuminated bath with cushioned headrests, W.C. wash hand basin also Downstairs toilet and wash basin

• Externally: To the rear a patio with table and benches, barbecue area and ample kick a ball around room in the adjoining 13 acres of land to explore.
