- Location: On the fringe of Solva village with stunning views over St Brides Bay. Three miles to St Davids including the famous Whitesands beach and three miles to the fabulous Newgale beach. Upper Solva has a thriving Post Office, village shop/off licence plus a superb pub and Plas Hyfryd has easy access to all of these including the cliff path and up to the glorious moor, north of the village.

- Ground Floor: Sitting room and conservatory with comfortable sofas and chairs, stone fireplace, TV/DVD, video, radio/CD player (5 speakers), games and books. Reception room with large table and stone fireplace, great for jigsaws and board games while others chat or watch TV in the sitting room.
- Kitchen/Dining room: Light, airy, open plan kitchen with limestone flooring and bay window dinning area (table seats 8), kitchen fully equipped - including cheese grater and colander! Four ring electric hob and oven, combination microwave, American ice maker/larder fridge and domestic freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster plus full set of crockery, glass and cutlery. Separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
- Bedrooms: Four: One double with Queen size, 5ft x 6ft 6in bed (plus hairdryer!). Two twin with 3ft x 6ft 6in beds (one up a separate staircase ideal for the couple that appreciates some privacy! One bunk room with substantial 3ft x 6ft 6in bunk.
- Bathrooms: Two: one ground floor –fully equipped with bath & separate power shower. One upstairs- fully equipped, bath overhead, power shower plus bidet
- Externally:Well established garden, large lawn with patio, BBQ and furniture plus a further lawn with washing line
